Ricky Casino Login

Signing back into Ricky should take about thirty seconds — email, password, in. If yours is taking longer, one of three things is going on: your browser autofilled a stale password, your two-factor code drifted out of sync, or you tripped the lockout after too many wrong tries. Each has a fix.

The Quick Path In

Open the login modal from the top-right of any page on Ricky Casino. Type the email you registered with — case-insensitive — and the password exactly as you set it. Hit Sign In. If you ticked Remember me last session, your browser will send a session cookie and you're straight back to the lobby. No emails, no SMS.

If You Use Two-Factor

Aussie punters who turned on optional 2FA (we use authenticator apps like Authy or Google Authenticator — not SMS, which is vulnerable to SIM-swap scams) will see a six-digit prompt after the password. Codes rotate every 30 seconds; if yours fails twice, your phone clock has drifted — open the app's time-sync setting, or reset device time to auto.

Forgot Your Password

Tap Forgot password?, enter the registered email, and watch the inbox. The reset email lands in 40–90 seconds on AU networks; if it's not there in two minutes, check Junk, then Promotions. The reset link expires after 30 minutes — request a fresh one if you've been slow to act.

Locked Out

After six wrong password attempts inside fifteen minutes the account auto-locks for an hour. Wait it out, or message support via live chat — they'll verify your identity (full name + last deposit amount) and lift the lock in a few minutes during AEST evenings, when the AU desk is busiest.

Suspect Something's Off

If you see a login from a city that isn't yours in the email alert we send on every new device, reset the password immediately and contact support. Then check that nobody added a new payment method on your behalf. It's rare, but it costs nothing to verify.
