Signing back into Ricky should take about thirty seconds — email, password, in. If yours is taking longer, one of three things is going on: your browser autofilled a stale password, your two-factor code drifted out of sync, or you tripped the lockout after too many wrong tries. Each has a fix.

The Quick Path In

Locked Out

After six wrong password attempts inside fifteen minutes the account auto-locks for an hour. Wait it out, or message support via live chat — they'll verify your identity (full name + last deposit amount) and lift the lock in a few minutes during AEST evenings, when the AU desk is busiest.

Suspect Something's Off

If you see a login from a city that isn't yours in the email alert we send on every new device, reset the password immediately and contact support. Then check that nobody added a new payment method on your behalf. It's rare, but it costs nothing to verify.
